We had been in Seoul for about 10 days and I was dying for a salad and we picked Darling Kitchen based on the fact that they had a Caesar Salad (which was delicious). The ambiance is welcoming and TJ (the owner) was very endearing. The food was, in a word, delightful as was the entire experience. An elevated space to enjoy elevated but grounded cuisine all executed by great people. Definitely worth a subway ride for anywhere in Seoul. fantastic. truly good food that came fast. chicken parm was excellent and the chick was like sliced medallions rather than a breast. salad was very good and huge. Sweet fries also good. Normal prices. cozy but not crowded eating space with some separated glassed in annex type area. open kitchen. it’s upstairs from the ground floor. a must if in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
