Disappointing Experience at Darul Kabab Multan I recently visited Darul Kabab Multan with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by subpar food quality and poor customer service. We ordered the Kalmi Tikka, which unfortunately, was excessively salty. Upon bringing this to the staff's attention, they agreed to take it back. However, to our surprise, they still included the item in the bill. What's more concerning was the inappropriate behavior displayed by the staff when we complained. As a customer, one expects a certain level of courtesy and understanding, especially when addressing a legitimate concern. Given the reputation of Darul Kabab Multan, I had anticipated better quality food and service. Sadly, this experience fell short of my expectations.
