The Dash-In has become one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots downtown. I was there again last week, and it reminded me why I keep going back. Everything coming out of the kitchen tastes like someone actually made it, not like it came off an assembly line. The menu is creative without trying too hard, and it's consistently good. Add in the local artwork on the walls and the relaxed downtown atmosphere, and it's the kind of place that's easy to linger a little longer than you planned. Fort Wayne is better because independent places like The Dash-In keep raising the bar. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
