The truth is that you will really like nicely cooked pizza, salads and steaks. Being at this bar, order good Brezeln. Many people find that the staff is professional at this place. The waitress was young. And forgot to mention there was a 3.00 fee for your book of tickets. I thought that should be mentioned and just saw on our statement

It was my first time there me and my husband ordered the fried pickles, the mozzarella sticks, and the boneless wings and french fries it was absolutely amazing. We will be back for a date night soon.

I made a reservations 2 weeks in advance for my son's birthday with 20 people. I did that specifically because I know staff can be short sometimes. We got there they accommodated my father-in-law for his handicap and didn't put us at high tops which I appreciated. The problem ran into is our waitress was seated more tables than she should have. She wasn't able to provide us the service that needed to be. Our drinks took 45 minutes to get, my hamburger after an hour still never came. The poor girl was running around with her head cut off and that shouldn't have been. There was also a couple across from us that after an hour left because no food was brought out. I talked to Tim a manager and trainee and he was very kind and understanding. He gave us some $25 cards which I completely appreciated and ran to the back and got me some french fries and nuggets for me to eat on my way home. We drove an hour to come to Dave & Buster's. This is not the experience I wanted for my family. I know it's busy and crazy but that's why I made the reservations so that someone can put in place the right accommodations that we needed for such a big party.
