Made a reservation just in case it got busy. Arrived, got sat after a wait, no problems. That's when the lack of service became apparent. It took almost 20 minutes for a server to even come to the table. (They were not even close to busy. Most tables were empty or had dirty dishes on them). By the time we got our drinks we had been there over a half hour. Without going on and on, it is very apparent that that this place is in desperate need of new management. All of the bartenders/ servers were more worried about socializing than doing their job. The back of the house (cooks) seemed to be on top of their game., and made very good food though. But all in all the service was soo terrible that we saw multiple families sit down, wait for service then just give up and leave because they had waited so long. While the food was okay, it took over an hour to even get our appetizer. In addition, our drinks took a while and also wasn't offered a refill until an hour after we got them. We watched table after table arrive after us and get food significantly before us. As a table of two, we certainly were not expecting to take so long in the restaurant.
