St. Mark's-in-the-Bowery Church can be on your route by default, the clients' piece of advice is to come to this confectionary restaurant. If hungry, come here for good sandwiches. It's worth visiting Davey's Ice Cream because of tasty ice cream, biscuits and chocolate cookies.

RATING: 6.8/10 Davey's Ice Cream is an institution and a source of late-night ice cream for people staying up late drinking and having a good time everywhere. Finally got a chance to try it, and glad to have taken part. The service was great, the guys in there were so nice and let me try all the flavors even though I didn't want initially ask for it, but they really wanted to share their joy for the ice cream with me it seemed. COFFEE ICE CREAM Their coffee ice cream is notable, as it is actually really quite strong, and will get you awake and has a strong coffee flavor. I appreciated this, and they had a few other standard flavors. The other flavors were nothing too out of the ordinary and they have around 10 or less flavors. I think in the competitive ice cream scene of NYC it's hard to stand out, and so I would say that this place is good, but nothing that beckons you from too far away if you're not near it. But if I was in the area and the mood for ice cream struck? This would definitely be a great option. CATEGORY: GOOD (terrible / bad / ok / GOOD / great / excellent)
