I've been here twice, and both times were wonderful experiences because of Mikiya. He made me feel so welcome, and we chatted the whole time through Google translate. The hookah is incredible, they have Tangiers which is a top of the line hookah from America. Very strong, but worth it! I'm keeping this place on my go to list next time I am in Japan! You should too. Great price, great service, great people. Will come again. A little hard to find, go to the back of the building and go inside the door that looks like a mailroom and go up the stairs. Please get the Tangiers flavor "fourplay on the peach" you'll love it. I have tried Shisha everywhere. Also in European lounges where price is much higher than here. This is the best lounge if you only want to smoke. Food and drinks are limited but the hookah and tobacco is the best. The price is unbelievable!! Excellent!!! Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000
