We were staying at the Hilton and the restaurant is in the hotel. We arrived late and the restaurant was recommend it by the staff. Lovely food and friendly service

Food poisoning!!! Everything was very tasty until the Shish Tawook (chicken). It was cooked through but had a strange taste. Unfortunately I continued and ate it. Next day was when I regretted eating the chicken.

Egypt and Dayma restaurant what a perfect combination after a long flight. The meal was light and tasty with wonderful homemade cocktails. I had ‘Sands of time’ which was an apple pie with cream and a dash of vodka in a cocktail glass! What a wonderful taste sensation and I hope to sample more from this delightful haven at the Hilton Maadi Meal type: Dinner Price per person: E£200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Mousaka eggplant with roast tomatoes, caramelised onions, sumac and Lavish.
