For pure "hospitality" alone, I'm giving Db's Kitchen and Zumi [the owner] five-stars!  This is a small mom'n'pop restaurant that serves up some savory tasting Vietnamese dishes as well as a few Thai items.  It's not a huge restaurant, but it was chill and accommodating to say the least.  I first did takeout on an icy and cold rainy November day, and still remember that first impression of this place.  It was memorable to me, because I was picking up for takeout, only when I was leaving my car would not start.  But more about that in a minute: I have since gone back to dine-in a few times, and I really enjoy their food even more when it comes out nice and hot!  Here's a few consistent menu items that I've tried: - Egg Rolls w/ pork ($7.50) - A normal, crispy, tasty egg. roll appetizer. - Tom Kha ($8.50):  This is something I really enjoy on a cold day too, and their version definitely hits the spot!  But even on a hot day, it must be more  aromatic and flavorful, I bet!  I can smell it and taste it now!   - Papaya Salad ($15):  They've got a clean version that I like!  In other words, I'm a wimp and I like my papaya salad mild, NOT hot-spicy.  I prefer the OG pickled taste of it!  It's just comforting and refreshing!   ‐ Pho Dac Biet or spicy beef noodle soup ($16):  Oh deal Lord!  What a mean bowl of noodles 'n' spice, and everything nice!  This noodle soup bowl is nose opening and sinus clearing, that's for sure!  Loved it! - Pho Ga ($14.50):  I enjoy the hot broth and the nice slices of chicken breast.  I know chicken pho can be hard to bring out flavors, but their bowls are good and flavorful, as it should be.  After you've taken a few sips of the bowl, add a little bit of that chili and hoisin.  Unless you've done that already, then add more!  No need for sriracha imo!   Back to my car being stuck there.  While I waited at a table, away from the cold, I had to call for a tow truck that was hours away from helping.  While waiting for the truck to arrive, Zumi had shown care for my situation.  She accommodated me with water and a snack sample of a bowl of hot soup.  That was totally unexpected and very kind of her.  Thank you Zumi for your warm hospitality!     So, that's just a few things I've tried, but I'll be back again to show support!  The tow truck never showed up, btw.  And it was near closing time for the kitchen, so I called for an Uber.  Picked up my car the next day, and I still ordered takeout again.  I mean, it's because their dishes are savory good!  It's simple Vietnamese/Thai food made right, and definitely worth a try.
