Had an incredibly pleasant and tasty evening at Restaurant de Ripper, with fellow managers, in the Ripperdastraat in Haarlem. This is a restaurant where people work with a distance to the labor market. You can order a different dish per round, which is served in the size of an appetizer, and that way, you can eat different dishes. Really, very nice, and incredibly cozy. To be repeated.
