Once the promenade around the Ginnekenmarkt is over, visit De Saeck. The menu of French and Mediterranean cuisines under the direction of the popular chef are wonderful here. Make a change from your customary meal and order good carpaccio, pasta and pork at this restaurant. Tasty tiramisu is the tastiest dish. At De Saeck, visitors can drink good chardonnay. You will be offered good coffee.
The efficient staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at this place. Enjoyable service is something guests agree upon here. From the guests' point of view, prepare to pay reasonable prices for eating at this spot. As most reviewers state, the decor is cute. At this restaurant, people can enjoy the quiet ambiance. We had a groupon ticket and was very confusing for them to accept it. We had to wait about 30 minutes to they figure out was a valid voucher. Besides that, the chef cooks without using hygienic cap/hat that usually in good restaurants is mandatory. In the end, even using the groupon ticket, we had to pay 60 euros only for the drinks (just few glass of wines).. so guess is not worth. I will not go back there.

We went for a quick 3 course meal, which was advertised for a starting budget of 25 EUR per person. In the end they didn't distinguish between the three course meals and we were unpleasantly surprised that we had to pay 47.50 EUR for it. Price quality is way off in this place. That combined with the ratatouille interior gave as an unsatisfying experience.
