Where is that party? At Herberg de Woeste Hoeve! Our wedding at Herberg De Woeste Hoeve in October 2023 was beyond expectations. Paul and his team put on a great day. Food, party, service, ambiance, flexibility: it's great! Read why here. ~ the ceremony The ceremony was one from a fairy tale. At the back of the garden is an idyllic setting to solemnize the wedding. The place is decorated with fresh flowers from the garden, lanterns hang, ground torches burn, and there are sheepskins on the chairs because of the temperature. Everything has been thought of. After the ceremony, it is owner Paul himself who is waiting for us and hands out the first champagne. Then the others on the team take over effortlessly. Look, that's where you see the professionalism of a team. Class. ~ dinner The starter was served before we were seated at the table. Flammkuchen from the wood oven outside, this is how Experience works! Delicious to eat and beautiful to look at. During dinner in the beautiful glass conservatory, everything is ready. Sixty people at three tables is the maximum in this space, the staff knows how to handle it well. Wines on tables, excellently set tables, lighting in order. Actually, you just expect it, but because you know it isn't perfect everywhere, it stands out even more. And the food isn't even on the table yet. Shared dining means that dishes are placed on tables in bowls, which you can share and take yourself. It looks delicious. The garnishes, the sauces: you can see that attention has been paid to every detail. There are always new surprises, even though you have chosen and discussed it yourself. Such as the small desserts of the season. What is a 'Lemon mousse on a candy crumb base with pistachio and raspberry'? It's different than you imagine, and the taste is more refined than you could have imagined. Surprising! The water carafes and wine glasses remain well filled. Meals for photographers and the DJ are fine. Don't forget to pass them on in advance. ~ the party evening The plumes are not running out yet. The party evening also went beyond expectations. Paul knows how full a room is with the number of people we have. He also knows that everything will be fine and that the room is neither too full nor too empty. Experience. There are several rooms. The large room is attractively decorated with standing tables along the edges. You can dance and have drinks. Are you curious about the rest of the building? You can do some research. There is room for the photo booth in the narrow hallway to the conservatory. You can also book that. Doing! There are also tables where you can sit quietly. Waiting staff also comes there to take drinks. Out through the French doors of the conservatory. There you will be safe and dry under a stretch tent. Handy in the fall, as with us on October 21, 2023. In short, there is something to see and discover everywhere. We have often received this feedback from guests. There is a private toilet group for the bridal couple, very pleasant. The bar is open and staffed by friendly and efficient staff. Their appearance means that they too are looking forward to this party! Special beers from the Veluwe, among others, are popular, as are the extensive and well-stocked drinks boards. ~ different It's all different from what is standard. The big plus for us. De Woeste Hoeve is a party location that only caters for weddings. You notice that in everything. The staff knows what is expected of them. They are skilled and professional. Owner Paul is hospitable and enthusiastic. Everything has been thought of. From decorations, to delicious food, good drinks, good service. The overall picture is that this party at De Woeste Hoeve in Hoenderloo on the Veluwe exceeded expectations. Paul & team: thank you so much for taking care of our wedding. it was an unforgettable day, thanks to your good care. We enjoyed it and look back on the day of our lives!
