We went to dinner to De Blasio's hoping for a good or at least reasonable experience based on the multiple excellent online reviews.I called ahead to make a reservation and was told I don't need one, there are many tables available and will be seated quickly. When we arrived, the restaurant was full (which we thought might be a good sign) and waited for about 20 minutes to be seated. The service was slow and the waiter did not get one of the orders right, bu it was so late by this time that we didn't even want to wait for the order to be rectified. The food overall was pretty mediocre and bland. One of the pasta dishes ($16) was so overcooked and mushy, that it was simply inedible. We will not return. I hope this review might help others when making a decision to visit this restaurant.
