Italian cuisine under the direction of the great chef is wonderful here. Nicely cooked creamy pasta, pesto pasta and mushroom salads will impress you at the first bite. Visit this confectionary restaurant for a break and degust good creamy dessert, lemon dessert and tiramisu. It's time to degustate delicious wine. A lot of visitors order great bread drink.

Our Family gathering after a memorial service was in this beautiful location above the Sacramento River. My only disappointment was the lack of bread and butter service. An Italian patriarch who passed a few years ago told us to save some bread to soak up the sauce and it is not available here. He said it is also a metaphor for a life well lived. We had such an amazing meal last night. The venue is beautiful with gorgeous views, a great place to watch the sunset the staff friendly (shout out to Brea and Peter) and the food wonderful. Must try is the calamari, just like my Grandma used to make, the batter is delicious and the Panacota devine. All pasta meals were tasty. Highly recommend! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: I have an onion intolerance and the chef was able to let us know via our host what I was able to have.

The chef under seasoned the food and under cooked the veggies. Carrots, and Brussel Sprouts. I love roasted veggies that have a bite but not so hard that your teeth hurt. The Brussels were so under roasted, you might as well be eating them raw. Food served on a bed a pureed potatoes, which was done nicely. Food needs to be, while cooking, seasoned with salt and other fantastic herbs. I am Italian and have been cooking for 40 years. There was zero salt on the Short Ribs or veggies. The meat comes from the Elwood family Ranch, cooked perfectly with a perfect amount of fat. The Fried Calamari was Japanese style not Italian. The batter was thick and flavorless. The Calamari also was bland after taking off the greasy batter. The 3 Scallops dish was OUTSTANDING.Not enough dressing on the Ceasar Salad also lacked flavor, anchovies, lemon and garlic. Clean filtered crisp water. Beautiful flatware and dishes. Excellent service, 4 star San Francisco high-end service. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
