We came to Dear Emilia to celebrate a graduation and birthday and everyone in our party of 6 agreed it was one of the best dining experiences any of us have had. AJ was a great server and the sommelier (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful. We had two people in our party with dietary restrictions and not only was the whole Dear Emilia team great at finding options for them, they included allergen friendly amuse-bouche when they were provided to the table. It's a shame I don't live in Denver or I'd be back again regularly. Thank you for the great dining experience Price per person: $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Dietary restrictions: Extremely accommodating to several allergies

First off, the atmosphere is so amazing. It's very chic and very comfy. Service was fabulous, everyone was so kind and very knowledgeable of the food and how they make it. They have a wonderful variety of wines, some I have never heard of. There is also a sommelier to help choose. The food was very good. The menu was well thought out and served in waves that made sense and built on one another. The menu is definitely made to share dishes to try a lot of the menu. We tried every pasta dish and loved everyone! Rich sauces and amazing flavors. Definitely great for a date night or business meeting. Or just grab some drinks and a dish to share.

Had a great time dining at Dear Emilia on a Saturday night. The food was delicious. Favorites were the lasagna verde, cheese souffle, and the steak but liked everything we ordered. Cocktails and wine were also great. Probably the best classic Negroni I’ve had. The hospitality and service were on point. Only complaint was that the dining experience took a long time (~2hrs) with a lot of waiting time between each course. Overall would recommend for a nice date night or special occasion and we will be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
