Staff & Service: Staff was okay, they did their job but not interacted well. Service was a bit slow considering that there was only a few customers when I was visiting Atmosphere: It's quiet so its a perfect place to work or study. Also a good place for a casual hangout. Food: I ordered the Iced White Chocolate Mocha which was okay, I'm just not fond of the whipped cream since it didn't mixed well with the coffee (hindi natunaw). For the pastry, I ordered the Burnt Basque Blueberry Cheesecake, it was okay for me, not the best since its a bit dry for my liking. Accessibility: The store is within the mall's premises so its accessible to almost all public transport and the mall has its own parking space. Ambiance: It's definitely nice for taking pictures. You can also write letters with their provided papers with prompts. However, some seats are like not aesthetically pleasing since the upholstery is not well put together. Dear Joe is a coffee shop on Vista Mall. Aside from coffee, like other coffee shops, it also serves light food, snacks and juices. The place is wide and comfortable. One does not get much claustrophobic here as the seats are spaced quite well. The ambience is good with some light non intrusive music playing in the background. The only thing is that it is not cold enough specially with the lighting used. One has to find the perfect cool spot and it does take awhile. Coffee is good. It does not have that generic coffee taste and is quite good. The food selection is just enough to satisfy a hunger attack. Pastries are a bit sparse though. Service is quick, easy, and very good. Servers know when to strike a conversation or just quickly serve and move on. All in all, aside from the warm spots all over the place, Hello Joe is a nice place to hang out with friends or just chill put by oneself.
