Driving cross-country from the Pacific coast to Atlantic coast, I was headed into Texas from New Mexico and was looking for a bite in a fairly rural area. Came across this quaint eatery just a few short miles from the state border. While NM isn't usually known as a southern state, Debby's Kountry Kitchen is true southern hospitality. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, and good, fairly priced food. Was a worthwhile stop, and should I ever be back in Eunice, I'll be sure to stop by again.
