On Saturday night I sent my husband to go and buy pizza at the debonairs in pinetown, I’ve never been so angry in my life, what was suppose to be a great meal turned out to be one of the most disappointing meals ever we’ve been buying that exact pizza for years , I know what it’s suppose to look like in my sleep, we always buy the triple decker creamy chicken but this one the fillings were non existent, the middle layer was not even a full layer just a tiny broken dough and just dry ,I mean to spend R200 on a pizza and not get your moneys worth is disheartening to say the least . We had no choice then to eat it as it was late and I have two small children that needed to eat but I’m really disappointed Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 1 Recommended dishes: Creamy Chicken

I had a exciting experience at Pinetown Debonair Pizza. There was an friendly environment, cashiers were welcoming and helpful. "Pizza time". I enjoyed the Cocktail Pork Cheese Griller. I found them being tasty, they complimented the Small Triple-Decker Creamy Chicken Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Three Layers of a Large Sweet Chilli Chicken Triple-Decker from Debonairs Pizza

I cannot remember the last time I had good pizza from Debonairs. In my experience they make food for the masses and their quality will never satisfy you.

I recently 06/02/2021 ordered 3 pizzas with them, all 3 were undercooked and had to be recut, my jaw did some serious work. Worst of all though, the Creamy Chicken pizza we ordered was, quite simply, cheese bread.

I cannot stress enough how utterly terrible that quality of pizza was, atleast 30% of the bread was bare, the rest with the thinnest, driest, sliver of cheese on. No cream, no chicken at all!

You money would be better spent on Albany bread and the cheapest margerine from spar. Absolutely disgusted by the fact that something cooked like that was put into a box and sent to my house.
