The service not good at all I called to order before I went there but when I got there I waited 1h30min.Am very disappointed because I don't see reason of my call I shall just went there and order like everyone else. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I believe the convenience of placing an order online or through a call prior before going to the store is to minimize customer waiting time,I placed an order via call and I was told to collect after 10 - 15minutes and I only come after 25 min to pay & collect but no I had to wait and start my 15minutes from scratch,when I asked for a refund the cashier skinny light in completion gives me attitude and tells me I shouldn't have ordered online I should have ordered in the store to know my order,tells me order is coming in 5minutes but the other lady says it just got placed in the stove,nou it comes out burned,then I ask for my slip she decides to make facial expressions to me and tells me that I gave it to the other lady was wearing black seems new in the store she was trying but all means to follow up on my order and your company needs more employees like her not the lady who acts as if she doing us favor buy working in your store,I was late because of incompetence of either the ways that are put in place to assist client to avoid long ques for thier or and a terrible service from front of line an unfriendly cashier who i am not sure knows her purpose in that store front of aby business is the face of any business. Service is very poor we have been here since 17h40 and now it's 18h50 and we're still waiting for the food and the staff seems to be no bothered about all this inconvenience caused to your patrons. Can you please try to do better as for me never again
