Wife ordered a BLT sandwich, when we sat down to eat ,on inspecting the sandwich the lettuce was old and off colour and there was no tomatoes when the waitress was informed she simply said she didn't make it and simply didn't care Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Visited the cafe today whilst Christmas shopping in the Range, I will not be going back again. The food was low quality and poorly presented , most things on the menu were not available ( at 12pm ). Worst of all was the service we received from the woman serving. She was very abrupt to the point of rudeness with no customer service skills at all. Everything was too much trouble despite the fact I was the only one being served and the cafe having 4 tables occupied, including mine. She brought food to the table and practically through it on the table without a word. It was even too much trouble to spread the butter/ margarine. Shocking. I couldn’t recommend this place any less. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
