My family and I visited Deep South distillery on our holiday based on another review. And it was the best spirit tasting we’ve done. Don’t let the industrial location put you off. It was an incredible experience. From the moment we got there we were welcomed by Daniel, who was warm and incredibly informative about the process. Then we were greeted by Steve, the owner, who personally went through the individual gin & rum tasting with us where he helped us make our own cocktails based on how WE enjoyed them. He was informative, kind, and took us on a journey with some of his stories! Can’t recommend this experience enough. 10/5 stars
