Cute place! Right across from the hospital and university, so it's really convenient. The cafe was empty when I went, and the door was propped open, letting in the spring breeze. The cafe owner seems very nice and was attentive to filling my water glass. Smoking is allowed. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
