We have recently returned from a truly magical stay at the Balmoral Arms. From the correspondence prior to arrival and ease of booking to the friendly greeting at the reception desk, the entire experience was flawless! We brought our Labrador with us (who had never stayed away from home) and she was made to feel as welcome as we were! She thoroughly enjoyed herself and now has the taste of the “high life”. The staff were amoungst the friendliest and professional we have witnessed who couldn’t do enough for us. They kindly helped with baggage - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were fabulous and came with everything we needed. The food and wine was exqusuite, especially the breakfast in the morning. Being “Crerar Group” hotel fans, we were delighted to experince the same award winning experience at Balmoral Arms that we have received in their other hotels. Now off to book our return trip Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet
