Defined in Huntersville has become my daily. This is real coffee made by people who care about it for those of us who prefer third-wave prep and sourcing.Service is friendly and quick. It’s located in the lobby of Lake Forest Church which means there is a lot of space for working quietly or meeting friends, etc. and I’ve found the atmosphere to be great. There is even a covered outdoor seating area with a fireplace. Wi-Fi is good. I recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by Defined Coffee on a Monday morning. Ordered the Mountaineer based on the barista’s recommendation. It was some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. Very good and the price was great.
