I placed an order through Uber Eats for Delivery. I specifically wanted to have some mild sauce that I included in my order. I never received it. I called the store directly and nobody answers. It says the mail box is not set up. I will never give my business and hard earned money to a business that can’t follow simple instructions or even bother to answer the phone! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager Ester (light skinned young lady) was extremely rude to me as a DoorDash employee. I asked the younger guy working the counter if there was a reason that he couldn’t pick the order up through the drive through window. Out of know where you hear a lady yelling at the top of her lungs saying, “if you don’t like it get a new job.” At first I couldn’t see who was yelling, then this manager came out of the office and started yelling even louder. When I asked for her name she said, “my name is Del Taco” and refused to give me her name and the corporate phone number. For her to yell in such a hostile way with a multiple customers in the store is flat out embarrassing and unprofessional on her part. My family goes through the drive through often at this location and will no longer be eating there as a result. She needs to be retrained and coached before dealing with the general public. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My history with this location has been mixed. Sometimes the employees are nice and helpful. Others, I get some attitude. This trip was ok. The order was quickly made as requested. The restaurant got busier the longer I stayed, but the atmosphere was chill. My only complaint was the hip hop music (which was ok for me) was too loud. Some of the older folks in the area might be less appreciative Price per person: $10–20
