The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients, the service is very good, the atmosphere pleasant. The only downside is the use of wooden chopsticks which are washed and reused. Hygiene is not great, a lot of things can remain in the fiber of the wood (grease, bacteria, etc.)... even if it is eco-friendly. , I would have preferred metal or plastic chopsticks. The best salmon sushi I have eaten in France! I also had the veggie ramen, the fried tofu was as tender as eggplant fritters, I loved it. The veggie broth was also very good and full of flavor. It was so beautiful and good that I didn't even think about taking photos. The waiters are adorable and the service is impeccable. I recommend 100%!! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, including soups with vegetarian broths. The same goes for sushi with vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: Lots of options without pork, without meat and possibility of adapting dishes according to allergies (no peanuts for example). Wheelchair accessibility: There is room, the tables can move and the door is very wide. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Delecto sushi Montpellier is amongst the best japanese places in town. Located in the old city center on a beautiful pedestrian square next to some cool restaurants as well. The owner is very nice and chatty. The food is of great quality and the overall experience is truly 5 stars. Recommended for a night out. Also note that they have other items besides sushi. And, most importantly they have imported japanese whisky which was very good!
