Disappointing Service and Declining Food Quality The hospitality at this restaurant is severely lacking. Despite several empty tables, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes to be seated. Once at our table, we were completely ignored for another 30 minutes until someone finally acknowledged us. The service is unprofessional—staff members even make fun of customer feedback rather than addressing concerns. As for the food, the quality has steadily declined with each visit. What was once decent has now become consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, this isn’t based on just one or two bad experiences—we’ve given this place multiple chances (over ten visits), and each time, it has only gotten worse. I can no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting good service or quality food. My recent experience at Delepe was unfortunately subpar. The ordinary food, particularly the chicken strips. The already disappointing meal was compounded by the dreadful customer service – the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to concerns. To add insult to injury, when I requested more sauce for my dish, they not only provided a minimal amount but also charged me extra for it. The deafeningly loud music further detracted from the overall ambiance, transforming the atmosphere into more of a nightclub than a dining establishment. Overall, my visit to Delepe was marked by ordinary fare, poor service, and an unpleasantly noisy environment. I would caution others to explore alternative dining options in the vicinity.
