The first time we went to Delhi Sweets, we felt that the prices and service were really good. But now, their customer service has become very disappointing. When we ordered today, the person at the counter didn’t even respond properly. He was wearing headphones and wasn’t listening to what we were asking. Even for something as simple as tea, the experience was irritating. We waited for some time thinking they would serve the tea, but nothing happened.The samosa pricing was also confusing and embarrassing. My friend and I always come here because the samosa is usually 1.5 riyal. But today, when we asked for samosa, they brought two pieces on a small plate without even asking us. How are we supposed to take that? What if I was with my boss—would they treat us the same way?When we asked for a plate, they told us that if we take a plate of samosa, it’s 1.5 riyal, but if taken separately, it’s 2 riyal. I honestly didn’t understand what that meant. Just two days ago we ate here, and we always buy samosas from this shop. I really don’t know what happened to their service.
