Wow! The best bakery in George! We got one Easter Chocolate Mousse bunny, one Tiramisu and one Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake, plus one Baguette and hands downs, every single thing was special and delicious. The mousse had three layers, white, milk and dark, super light and not too sweet. The cheesecake was my favorite, airy and creamy and the shell was impeccable, creamy and hazelnutty. The tiramisu was rich, decadent and thick. And the baguette was proper, crispy and chewy, like you get in Paris. Also, you can’t forget to mention how special the dessert shapes are, how much care goes into each item and the level of pastry knowledge you need. You can see it’s expertly made and that is also how it tastes. Made our Easter table so special. This will be my new spot for bread and for cakes and treats. Prices also very fair, so worth it, the quality is exceptional. My only mistake was not buying more!!! They also have a very affordable breakfast and lunch menu, I will go soon!
