I'm a huge fan of the Delish Ice food truck. It's the cutest truck in Perth. Love the retro vibes and the ladies in pin up dresses serving the pops and the owner is lovely and deserves a lot of credit for creating such a cool small business. I struggle to choose a favourite, but the Elderflower pop had stolen my heart. It's sweet but not too sickly! Can't wait til spring when they come out again!

Perth has a fantastic and ever growing food truck culture. I can safely say that we’ve never passed the Delish Ice caravan without making a purchase! Little Chef tucked into a salted caramel ice pop, which after a bit of convincing him to let me have a nibble, I found it was indeed delish!.

Normally I always am drawn to the watermelon and lemonade pop they sell, but this time the basil and elderflower catches my eye so I decide to try something different.

It has a really floral, syrupy flavour that is perfect for a hot summer's night. The basil and elderflower ingredients are well balanced, with neither overpowering the other. It's refreshing and a nice change of pace.
