Nina catered for our evening meals at my recent highland retreats. She was a pleasure to have in the house and every meal we had was exceptional. Staff were happy and guests were happy. Food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Nina was our fantastic chef at our multi-day wedding celebrations and we can't thank her enough for it! She always brought calm to the chaos of the proceedings, with things in the kitchen always all under control and Nina cool as a cucumber! Nina was very patient with all the ideas I had for the wedding , and we put together an absolutely cracking menu together - thanks to her creativity and savviness! The team she brought were fantastic too - a huge thanks to them all for making the day(s) so special.

Nina did our buffet for our sons wedding on the 23rd August and it was simply amazing. We choose a buffet because we had guests from Ghana and her buffet menus really cater for everyone. Nina was very helpful and communication was great when we was in the planning stages. The buffet was absolutely lovely and some of our guests were gluten free and they was very pleased and happy with how many of the buffet items where actually gluten free and what a great choice they had. Nina delivered our buffet to our wedding venue on the Isle of Skye and it was so lovely to meet her and it is obvious she is really passionate about her business. I would not hesitiate in recommending Nina for your event.
