I go to Parramatta once or twice a year. Delisse has always been our place to go for a cuppa and cake. What a disappointment! The cake sizes have become more petite, and the prices have skyrocketed. The staff member was not focused on my order; when I questioned that something was missing, the staff member went to charge me $6.50 for another mini fruit flan that she had forgotten I had already ordered. The staff member wasn't fussed about overcharging me, and it wasn't like they were busy either. The customer service was too laid back, with no customer service. And the Barista didn't care either. Businesses can't afford to lose their clientele; sadly, you have lost mine. Price per person: $20–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
