The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was excellent a must place to visit when in Albany New York. The prices were very reasonable as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really love Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse! I loved it as a teenager, growing up in Syracuse, NY (when it was their only one). And loved it when my son was a college lineman for the St. John Fisher Football team! The Rochester Delmonico's supported their team and often fed their team! I even went to their Orlando location. I recently convinced my husband to use the gift certificates he received as a gift for doing a Facebook music performance (jazz organ and piano) on Facebook during the summer of the 2020 pandemic. He wanted Chicken Riggies, he like them spicy hot! I ordered them extra spicy and he loved them! Knowing that I love any of their meals, I decided to do a selection of appetizers (because I knew the Riggies would be enough for two)! So we tried the meatballs, Portabella Parma, stuffed hot green Italian peppers and Utica Greens! It was an amazing Italian feast! Best yet, we were able to have leftovers twice!! Which, by the way, made the greens and the hot stuffed peppers even better! The peppers get hotter and they warm up great in the oven or microwave! The best part about the experience is I found out my husband had avoided going there (for years) because it was a "steakhouse" and didn't think they would have good Italian. I love it when he learns nee things! So happy to be able to keep Delmonico's on my dining list of places to go!
