Had a coupon, or we never would have thought to stop here; we're glad we did. Had the roasted veggie pizza and it was really good! they have more varieties than the website shows. Friendly, prompt service, but the ordering/payment process is a bit convoluted. Take-out container is compostable! Definitely will stop back. Forgot to take photo, which disappoints me b/c it really looked as tempting as it tasted.

I LOVE The Brick Oven and have been a fan of the pizza and subs for some time now. Definitely good stuff. The pizza is a great value. The way you order in here is on a kiosk (no exceptions). This location has a very spacious area for sitting. Kinda reminds me of a food court bc there are several food options. The subs here are excellent too!!! Made to order and very fresh!!!

The Brick Oven offers the convenience of gas station food, with the promise of more or less restaurant quality food, but with the execution being Meh / AOK at best. While I've had decent wood fired pizzas from the Brick Oven, my recent order was undelightful and more resemblant of a tostado than a pizza. I haven't given up, but was pretty disappointed with the pizza I had yesterday while waiting for an oil change. I'll try again at some point as it's easy and convenient especially if you're there while waiting for other service work.
