Chinese waitstaff treated Chinese/American customers and Japanese customers very differently! She was very friendly and responsive to the Japanese guests, but probably assumed we were just tourists and gave us poor service. One dish we ordered was never brought to us — when we asked about it, she just told us to wait with no explanation or apology. In the end, we had finished everything else and were ready to pay, so we asked her to cancel the missing dish. Only then did she come up with an excuse — and still didn’t apologize, just acted like it was totally normal. Unbelievable! Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
