Located on Kamiiwahashi Street in Shisui, Denmark is a unique stop for those seeking a touch of nostalgia with their bakery treats. Specializing primarily in mobile sales, this bakery offers its products via a traveling van that stops at various locations throughout the area, such as Narita City and Inzai. This means visiting the main location might not always fulfill your bread cravings since the van carries most of their inventory.
Inside Denmark's mobile unit, you can find a selection of affordable, classic pastries reminiscent of what one might expect from a school shop or a Shōwa-era marketplace. Customer favorites include the Triangle pastry and cinnamon rolls. Despite the charm and appeal of their retro offerings, potential visitors should note that Denmark operates without a dedicated website or social media presence, which makes tracking their whereabouts slightly challenging.
Open daily except Sunday from 10:00 AM, Denmark ensures that its patrons can grab takeaway orders during their visit. However, if you're planning to stop by for a quick purchase, be mindful of the variable timing linked to their mobile operations. Although the bakery lacks a broader online footprint, an experience with Denmark might satisfy those curious about a nostalgic culinary journey.

Meal type: Other Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
