Went to Denny's on 56 and University in Davie, Fl. After an early morning outpatient procedure, I was delighted to enjoy a hot breakfast. Lydia was a bomb waitress that made our day even better. The hostess and other staff were very pleasant and I would recommend this place. Pics next time. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

Terrible service. The first time I visited, I asked to be seated at a table where I could charge my phone. As it turned out, none of their outlets were working anywhere—except in the entryway. After I finished lunch, I plugged my phone in to charge in the entryway for about an hour. Later that same day, I stopped by a second time for dinner. A manager approached me and asked if I had been sitting in the entryway, to which I asked why he was inquiring. He replied that he wanted to understand what was going on. I asked, "Do you think there is something wrong with me?"—a question he was unable to answer. Later, just as I was about to place my order, that same individual approached me again and asked me to leave. He accused me of using his Wi-Fi. I am accustomed to ignoring clueless Americans, but this establishment definitely deserves a one-star rating! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm 37 - I've probably been to that many different Denny's restaurants and had twice that many skillets. Apparently, a man named Simon makes the best skillets in history. Perfect proportion of ingredients, eggs cooked perfectly, skillet came out sizzzzzling. Lauren delivered everything with a smile - to us, and every other table I saw her go to. You could hear her regulars were happy to see her. The rest of the food was excellent - the kids inhaled everything and we ordered extra french toast to share, it was so good. We're coming back on Thursday nights for sure. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Eggs and Bacon and Pancake Breakfast, Hash Browns
