This place used to be better... now they charge you for EVERYTHING... no more "kids eat free" (I think they were trying to compete w IHOP anyway), no more free refills on kids' milk, no more free sides of sauce with your food (and the sides of ranch are VERY small), and even when you ask for it to come w the appetizer, there isn't any and you're charged for each individual tiny cup you get. The sampler used to come w a small bowl of ranch for dipping, but now you're charged extra. This place quickly fell out of favor w our kids this last visit and they used to beg to come here at least once a week. I guess we'll look for an IHOP close by instead. Too bad... it used to be so good (except service has mostly been pretty slow/bad here). We'll save our nickels and dimes for a different place, thanks.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Denny's in Laveen. Our waitress, Marisela M., provided outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always refilled and that everything we ordered came out correctly. Marisela went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and checked on us throughout our meal without being intrusive. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and Marisela's excellent service made our visit even better. We will definitely be coming back and hope to be served by her again. Thank you, Marisela, for making our dining experience so enjoyable!
