I had an amazing experience at Denny’s thanks to Silvia! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our drinks were always refilled, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything came out exactly right. Silvia’s positive attitude and excellent customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. She was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make us feel valued as customers. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about providing a great dining experience. If you’re dining at Denny’s, I highly recommend asking for Silvia. She is truly outstanding and deserves recognition for the incredible job she does! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a great experience at Denny’s in Riverside thanks to Jose. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out promptly, and he checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. What really stood out was his positive attitude and excellent customer service. He made us feel welcome and genuinely seemed to care that we had a good dining experience. It’s not always easy to find service like that these days, and Jose definitely went above and beyond. If you’re dining at Denny’s in Riverside, I highly recommend asking for Jose. He made our visit enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dennys, we returned back to your establishment today for breakfast and you didn't disappoint! Our server today was Itary. Excellent customer service! Excellent skills and attention making sure we were ok or of we needed any additional assistance! Another special attention to detail goes to the chefs. Food cooked to PERFECTION. We love the teamwork from all staff. They all back each other up no matter whether it's their customer or not. I loved that. I hope all of them get recognized for their awesome customer service skills. You definitely have one heck of an awesome crew making this Denny's restaurant stand out for Riverside residents and those who pass by this great city. We'll definitely be coming back!
