I am a regular at dennys, I was in there last night, my server lynn is always amazing. But the atmosphere is terrible I witnessed a younger girl scream at Lynn an proceed to the office, Lynn also stepped in office ,could hear screaming as I was sitting at the counter for at least 3 minutes. Lynn came out very upset and left. Not sure what’s going on there but dennys needs to get better staffing, I’ve seen numerous episodes with the same server. She’s very mouthy an always rude, not very attentive to her customers. I’m pretty sure her name is Cameron. An Lynn is probably the most responsible one there on night shift. She’s always smiling an giving fast an efficient service. The manager is clueless. After Lynn left all the staff was laughing an I heard them say thank god she went home she’s such a snitch. So unprofessional I felt bad for the woman. If the staff doesn’t change I will be taking my business elsewhere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I am writing to address an ongoing issue I’ve experienced over the past two months at this place. Every time I have come in, I have been assigned the same server, Lynn, and the service has consistently been disappointing. From the moment she approaches the table, her attitude makes it clear she does not want to be there. She regularly appears irritated, disengaged, and inconvenienced by doing her job. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes guests feel like a burden rather than paying customers. What has been even more frustrating are the repeated cigarette breaks. On multiple occasions, I have needed refills or assistance and have been left waiting and ignored while she has gone outside to smoke cigarettes in clear view from the windows. These breaks last 5–10 minutes at a time, and I have personally seen her go out several times within the same hour. I have also overheard her openly complaining about her tips and showing visible frustration toward other staff members. That kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire restaurant and negatively affects the overall atmosphere. Because of these repeated issues, I changed the times I would visit in an attempt to avoid being served by her. Eventually, I stopped coming in altogether. No customer should feel the need to schedule around one employee just to have a decent experience. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
