Patrick was so amazing!! We forgot our daughter doesn’t like powdered sugar on her waffle and he had it made very quickly, nicely, and without hesitation. He was extremely nice and friendly!! Thank you!! The food was all delicious too!!! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Here are my reasons: If you are a person of color, follow a different faith, hold differing political beliefs, or simply stand out from the crowd, I highly recommend that you do not eat at this establishment. Despite the restaurant not being busy, there were only about six couples inside, I was ignored for 45 minutes. The lack of service felt deliberate, as evidenced by the following: . Unequal Treatment: About 10 minutes after I was seated, another individual arrived. A server immediately approached him, offered beverages, and took his order, while I remained completely ignored. . Complete Neglect: Even after that individual received his food, I was still waiting for a server to ask if I wanted so much as a cup of water. . Lack of Professionalism: I watched four employees standing around while I sat for nearly an hour without being acknowledged. I don't know if I was treated this way because of my background or because I wore a Palestinian hat to represent my heritage, but everyone deserves basic respect. Wearing a symbol of your identity should not result in being treated as if you are invisible. I have visited other locations, such as the Denny's off Murrieta Hot Springs Road (near Walmart), and was treated with the dignity and respect that this location lacks. The staff member who ignored me on Rancho California Road should be held accountable for this level of unprofessionalism. I was contacted by corporate, and I told them the truth. However, apparently, my dignity and self-respect are worth only a free egg and a free Coke. It is an embarrassment. My advice: If you value your dignity, stay away from this Denny's. They have shown a total lack of respect and a complete disregard for common humanity. Meal type: Dinner

I had the absolute BEST experience at Denny’s, and it was all because of our server Jacky ! From the moment we sat down, she was very warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell when someone truly cares about their job—and this server went above and beyond in every way. Our drinks were always full, the food came out perfectly, and they checked in just the right amount without ever hovering. They made us feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of the entire time. It honestly turned a simple meal into such a great experience. Denny’s is lucky to have someone like this on their team. Exceptional service like this is rare, and it absolutely deserves recognition. I will definitely be coming back—and I’ll be asking for Jacky’s section Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
