Incredible restaurant in the heart of Butera. Getting there is quite a challenge but totally paid off because the food and hospitality of Carmelo and Luigi were impeccable. on Good Friday 2024, the third day of walking along the variant of the castles of Via Fabaria, walking around Naro after dinner to visit churches and remote corners of the town, we come across the "patron" of the tavern - Carmelo - with whom we exchange We immediately chatted and invited us to visit the elegant structure inside, offering us a couple of glasses of an excellent wine from a local winery. from here in a crescendo of friendliness and hospitality we remained his guests for a dessert - the aubergine - accompanied by an excellent whiskey reprocessed for smoking on site. We would have started having dinner again if it hadn't been for the fact that another three days of walking to Agrigento awaited us but the dessert was FABULOUS! I will be back soon to enjoy the excellent cuisine of the Osteria and I recommend you do the same if you are in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
