Not a good place for tourists. This first guy staff just walked away after done serving the customer ahead of us. Mumbled something to the other 2 staffs behind the counter, both then look at us and smirk in a weird way. The other guy staff then finally stepped up and the first question was “What language do you speak?”. Maybe you should put up a sign outside if you are not serving asian customers. If you are not caucasian looking, please avoid this shop from ruining your trip. The city was by far so wonderful but now it’s flawed. Service: Take out Service: 1

This branch of the famous patisserie is located in the historic center of Innsbruck. The shop windows are full of very inviting products! I tried a krapfen which pleasantly surprised me with its soft and not at all dry dough, and a quark ball with a delicious blueberry filling. The staff was very quick.
