Yesterday I ordered food from this restaurant called Desi hood. They are very polite while taking order and provide good customer service and delicious food. I ordered butter Nan and kharayi paneer yesterday that was awesome. I recommend to all to order food from them. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Butter Naan

Please be Aware of them. The restaurant itself is a low budget restaurant and they keep on saying to people, that you have a cheap budget and want more for less Owner does not know how to talk and accept their mistakes. And they are gonna argue back to you. And even say whatever they can upto any extend for the same instead of just accepting their mistakes like other renown restaurant's (Just accept it and apologize, you are also human so mistakes can be made from you guys as well and which is acceptable as well unless you accept the mistake and give back for it) . Food has always been good from them but their customer service and catering is 0. I wish if I could rate in negative or whatever for the same. And I hope they realize soon. That it’s not the right way of doing business. By talking to people about their budget and affordability. They can afford it that’s why they are ordering. Think for the same for once if you were in the customer’s place what would you do or expect. And this whole experience is coming after saying to 3 of their staff that please make sure it’s enough for 20-25 people as I order for 20-25 people. Even after saying them so many times it was not enough. What else would you expect from a customer to do. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Daal

Miss Pari you are not even our customer and yes we can say stuff when you giys jump on social media on behalf of others to defame instead of spending some extra bucks to get food for everyone . This actually shows your cheap nature not the store owners as we do , do charity but not to the extend where people want food way more then what they pay .

One of my friend told me to try food from desi hood when i visited calgary i really enjoyed their home style food specially their sweets i ordered khoya pinnis and some other sweets the taste of the sweets tasted just like home i specially ordered from Toronto and they found out a way to get it to me i highly recommend everyone to try from desi hood!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
