Without much expectation, we went there for dinner for the first time a few years ago. Surprisingly, the inconspicuous Devi turned out to be one of the best Indian restaurants that I know of in Markgräflerland and Freiburg. Relatives and acquaintances who we showed the restaurant to also always enjoyed it very much. We have been there a few times and will definitely come back often. The naan is particularly noteworthy. It's juicy, aromatic and delicious, cheap and served hot with a few sauces for dipping. Hmmm! I have never had such good naan anywhere. The price-performance ratio is also very good. For example, there is a lunch menu currently priced at €11.90, which includes a starter, main course and a non-alcoholic drink of your choice. Important: The lunch menu is also offered on weekends and public holidays. The other dishes are also very inexpensive, especially in relation to how other restaurants have increased their prices.
