Déviant, located in Paris, is a fine dining spot that offers gourmand and audacious cuisine at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is fun and lively, with good music playing in the background but not too loud. The interior design is trendy and hip, with a cute font and name branding everything from the dishes to the glasses. The menu features a variety of dishes, both vegetarian and meat-based, that can be shared among friends for 8 to 15 euros per plate. Some standout dishes include the amazing gnocchi, the mouth-watering tacos with lamb sweetbreads, and the delicious mussels in Nam-Jim sauce. The wine list is extensive and very interesting, with a selection of natural wines that are especially tasty. Cocktails are also available, such as the pricey but delicious cocktail made with Bini. The staff is professional, courteous, and very friendly, providing excellent service throughout the meal. Outdoor seating is available, providing a great option for those who want to enjoy the Parisian atmosphere while dining. Overall, Déviant is a must-visit establishment for those looking for a unique dining experience in Paris.

I honestly don't know where to start. This place is what "love at first sight" must feel like. Or taste like. The vibes? Immaculate. The music? Groovy. The service? Fabulous. The staff? Like old friends. The food? Well, here I'd like to be a bit more descriptive. We chose to stay inside at the bar where we could see the kitchen team prepare the dishes. It's quite clear they are very well prepared and everything is made with a lot of love and care for the ingredients. Each dish is very balanced and wonderfully surprising in its own way. We had almost everything from the current menu. Brioche with aubergine, stracciatella & nduja sauce, Lamb tartar with figs, Melon gazpacho with feta, orange blossom and tomatoes, Pâté en croute with cherry sauce and pickled fir leaves (wow!), Chocolate ganache with olives (I lost my mind), Strawberries with cream, rhubarb and piquillo pepper sauce (big thank you to our server that insisted we order this). We absolutely loved the chef, what a vibe this guy has. It was very refreshing to see a team that fits so well together, it's definitely visible to guests through the quality of what's served. The cocktails were quite nice as well. Very well done. I am coming back to Paris only to try what's new in Deviant. Price per person: €80–90

The best bar ever! The staff was warm and friendly, the atmosphere was vibrant but chill, with great music. The design of the bar is modern with a retro feel, making it a place where you want to stay longer. The servers were very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to present and recommend the dishes. The cocktails were great as well. And the chef was the highlight, relaxed, but precise with every dish. Everything we tried was marvelous. It was a full-on foodgasm! Every bite brought pure satisfaction to the taste buds. The dishes are so creative, beautifully balanced, and always come with a sprinkle of surprise. Highly recommended!
