Not worth the 8.50 for just 1x toast and butter thin spread of avocado. For that price I expected better avocado spread and at least 2x toast. More expensive than Starbucks. Won't be visiting ever again. Staff is friendly and location is nice. Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Come on Deville coffee, over $4.20+ for a tea bag, hot water and a cup. And only flavoured green teas, green tea has its own flavour. Imagine selling only flavoured coffees. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $1–10
