This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in Kandy; they clearly lack basic customer care skills. A tall, dark-skinned boy gave us the wrong order, and it was incredibly difficult to find out what types of bread they sell. I had to ask the cashier several times before finally getting an answer.
