This is one of those places where you regret not being able to know about it sooner. Fire drinks, amazing patio space, and deliciously satisfying food. Oh! Plus a weekend HH? This place is good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40

We had a great time this afternoon at Dew Drop Inn! The wife and I were in the neighborhood and thought we would do mid- afternoon drinks and dinner here. The vibe is great, total neighborhood atmosphere. My Manhattan was excellent, and my wife had a cocktail with cucumber vodka and it was really good, too. The food was all excellent. Our mixed greens salad did not sound too exciting but it was mixed with a really good blue cheese dressing. The shoestring fries are perfect, exactly what I want out of a fry. But the standouts were the Bangkok mussels and Lamby Joe sliders! We used to eat at Jonesy’s Eat Bar, which was our favorite spot on 20th Street. It closed years ago, but they had Lamby Joe sliders and Thai curry mussels just like these. I’m not sure if this is the same chef but these are so good and tasty here at dew drop inn. This place is awesome! Great service, laid-back atmosphere, good music playing overhead, great food. Exactly what an elevated neighborhood bar should be. Great spot! Wow, Barton!!! You know your stuff!! Those mussels and Lamby Joe Sliders are a few of our favorite items that we brought from Jonesy’s!! You definitely need to bring your wife back for one of our HALF PRICE MUSSELS HAPPY HOURS!!
