I was told the menu was great but it was average. The place was messy and not clean. I ordered a chicken fried steak and it was great and I loved the fries. They are new so there are always growing pains. Price isnt an issue if the food is good the prices are ok. If they listen to there customers they will be a 5 star in no time Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I highly recommend Diamond B Cafe!!! The food is amazing and the owner and staff are so friendly and personable! I had the famous quiche with a side parfait and they were amazing!!! The parfait was almost like eating a dessert! So yummy! I also ordered extra bacon Their bacon is also incredible! If you’re in the area of Center, Texas and looking for some really tasty homestyle cooking, you really need to try Diamond B Cafe! Also, if you love coffee, they have a wonderful coffee shop right behind the cafe. I had a few cold brews with my food, and oh wow!!!! They did not disappoint.
